This hub is for navigation and posture. Local fiscal snapshots—ACFR-linked rows and census finance where keyed—live on each entity’s Money tab. Cross-jurisdiction money graphs and legacy statewide campaign-finance tooling are not CivicData v1.
In scope: Harris County and other entities with /api/entities/[id]/fiscal data show honest fiscal strips when the database has rows.
Out of scope for v1: Texas Ethics Commission bulk exports, donor graphs, and lobbyist registries that powered legacy “money” surfaces—see Local fiscal health for the product line.
